Two days to align, celebrate and get ready for the leap into 2027

On 30 September and 1 October, the Jelly team came together for two days devoted to training, sharing results and team spirit. A chance to look back at the ground covered in 2026, fine-tune the strategy for the final quarter and lay the foundations for an even more ambitious 2027. Always with our essence in mind: Be the change.

AI applied to design and creativity

Day one kicked off with a training session led by Renato Simões, Design Director, AI Researcher and Trainer, through the Lisbon Digital School. Over the course of the morning, the team worked through the hands-on integration of Artificial Intelligence across every stage of creative work.

The session covered the practical application of Artificial Intelligence in design, creative and digital production processes. It explored ways of structuring project information, developing visual identities, producing audiovisual content, speeding up web implementation and building more efficient workflows with AI agents.

Real-world cases and best practices were also shared, showing how to bring these tools consistently into agency work without losing the essential role of creative direction, curation and human validation. The session ended with an open floor for questions, reflection and an exchange of perspectives with the team.

A session that reinforced a belief we carry with us: AI speeds up and expands creative work, but it's human judgement that gives it direction.

Results, wins and what comes next

After a team lunch, the afternoon was given over to the business side. Gonçalo Malho Rodrigues, Founder & CEO of Jelly, opened the session with the results from January to September.

Next up was Paulo Vasconcelos Pereira, CBO of Jelly, who shared the main wins from the business unit he leads. Maria Félix da Costa, COO of Jelly, then took stock of everything we have achieved this year, highlighting the ability to adapt and execute that has brought us this far — and that will carry us along the growth path we're aiming for.

Gonçalo Malho Rodrigues closed the day by presenting the new products and innovations developed this year alone, particularly in the field of Artificial Intelligence. He also set out what needs to be done to finish the year strongly and, above all, to start 2027 on a high.

Team spirit put to the test

Day two started with plenty of energy and good humour: a game of Bubble Ball at Urban Soccer, in Monsanto, Lisbon. Between the falls, the laughter and a lot of improvised strategy, the qualities that make a great team were put to the test — communication, trust, resilience and the will to win together.

To finish, a restorative lunch at LX Factory, in Lisbon, where we said our goodbyes until the next gathering.

Two days that sum up exactly what Jelly is: always learning, celebrating what we achieve and preparing, together, for what comes next.

Be the change.
