Rafaela has a master's degree in Marketing e Promoção Turística from IPLeiria. Keen to broaden her horizons beyond the tourism sector, she decided to take on new challenges in different markets, gaining a wider strategic perspective when she joined Jelly in 2022.

Determined, curious and methodical, she treats learning and challenges as a genuine adventure. She believes that, alongside constantly pushing herself, critical thinking and teamwork are essential pillars of success. That's why she's always up for a new project.

Between one challenge and the next, she nips down to the beach to recharge and looks for inspiration in travelling and days out, always curious to try new flavours and discover different cuisines. Sport is part of her daily routine, balancing out the energy she puts into everything she does.
