To mark an important milestone in the history of the company and its founder with commemorative communications worthy of that journey. To create an identity, a book of high editorial value and a corporate film capable of celebrating 25 years of history, honouring the legacy built along the way and expressing a vision for the future.

25 years spent transforming the city, restoring heritage and creating new ways of living. To celebrate this journey, Jelly developed a communications concept that pays tribute to the history of Habitat Invest, its projects and the vision of its founder, Luís Corrêa de Barros.
From the commemorative identity to the 25th anniversary book, conceived as an editorial piece of strong aesthetic and conceptual expression, every element was designed to convey the scale and legacy of the brand.
The celebration extended to film, with a piece that revisits the Habitat Invest story and sets out its ambition for the future.
