My.jellyFIT web app launch

MyJellyFIT

my.jellyfit.pt – a running account of every task.

As more and more companies in Portugal take up the JellyFIT multi-service plan, it quickly became necessary to develop a tool through which our clients could see how their service plan is progressing in a simple, detailed and transparent way. That tool is the my.jellyfit.pt app, where plan users can access relevant, real-time information such as: units and services used per month, the unit balance available at any given moment, activity reports (open and closed tasks), and many other features that satisfy even the most demanding users.

The service delivery model as you know it has changed.

Tarefas Jellyfit

Yes, that statement is true and our FIT clients readily agree. The service delivery model within a JellyFIT plan starts by breaking with a few stereotypes we all take as normal, simply because most businesses work that way. A few examples?

1 — Breadth of offering — JellyFIT is not a “service package” limited to a “list of included features”. It is an open plan that gives you access to every service JellyCode provides (see the full list here) within a unit balance (monthly or annual), with no limit on “features”.

2 — Penalties for overuse — we don't agree with penalising a client who has used more than their plan allows. Not least because the words “penalise” and “client” don't sit well together… So JellyFIT clients pay for the excess (should it occur, of course) at the unit price they have already contracted. No more, no less.

3 — Lock-in — the JellyFIT multi-service plan does not require a minimum contract period (lock-in). Our clients are free to cancel the plan at any time, simply by giving us 15 to 30 days' notice (depending on whether the plan is monthly or annual). Clients only sign up to a minimum term if they want to secure a better price or a larger balance of credit units.

4 — Fair value — the JellyFIT plan doesn't serve up “blocks of hours”, because that isn't fair. Each type of service corresponds to a specific number of debit units. For example: 1 hour of support costs less than 1 hour of web design, just as 1 hour of web design costs less than 1 hour of web development. The plan is therefore debited from your balance according to the service actually delivered.

The JellyFIT multi-service plan works because it makes sense.
