Marketing · Influence and Reputationmentions

A recommendation from those who already have your audience's attention.

Creators chosen by affinity and measured by effect, not followers. Selection, briefing, contracts, production and measurement, with content that also feeds paid campaigns.

Let's talk

Followers don't convert. Trust does.

The most common way to do influencer marketing is to pay whoever has the most followers to say a line they'd never say. Audiences notice, and the effect lasts as long as the post.

And the content stays locked in the creator's profile: a good video, seen once, with no rights to use it where it would convert.

We choose by affinity: creators who already talk about your topic to your audience, even if they're small. A creator with ten thousand right followers is worth more than one with a million wrong ones.

And we treat creator content as raw material: with rights negotiated, it goes into paid campaigns, the website and the brand's own channels. That's where UGC pays for itself.

Influencers and Creators (UGC)

What we manage

Affinity-led selection

Creator research by topic and audience, with checks on real audience, tone and brand history.

Briefing and contracts

A brief that leaves room for the creator's voice, and contracts with clear usage rights, exclusivity and timelines.

UGC for campaigns

Creator content produced specifically to run as ads, in series of variants to test in the Paid Media area.

Ambassador programmes

Long-term relationships with a few right creators, instead of one-off campaigns with many. Cheaper and more credible.

Management and production

Calendar, approvals, shipments, payments and production support from our studio when the creator needs it.

Measurement

Codes, links and landing pages per creator. Read in sales and leads, with reach as context rather than result.

How we work

How a campaign runs

  1. Creator map

Who talks about your topic to your audience, on which networks, in what tone. A short, verified list, not a catalogue.

  2. Brief and agreement

What the brand needs to say, what the creator wants to say, and where the two meet. Rights and deadlines closed in writing.

  3. Production and publishing

The creator produces, the brand approves the essentials and not the rest, and the content goes out on their profile and into the brand's channels.

  4. Read and repeat

Whoever brought sales continues and becomes an ambassador. Whoever brought only reach leaves the list.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with micro-influencers?

Preferably. They have closer audiences, higher engagement and cost less per result. Big names come in when the goal is awareness and there's budget for it.

Are creators paid per post or per result?

Usually a fixed fee for the content and rights, plus a variable on sales when the product allows. The contract says everything before anything is filmed.

Does the brand control what the creator says?

It controls the essentials: what can't be said, what must appear, the advertising rules. The rest is the creator's voice, and that's why the audience trusts them.

How is this measured in sales?

With creator-specific codes and links, dedicated landing pages and reading in the CRM or the store. For products sold in physical retail, we use source surveys and branded-search spikes.
